5 High Potential Crypto Projects You Have NEVER Heard Of šŸ§

Plus... Cobie's new project revealed.

GM ladies and germsšŸ¦ !

We released Hix0n from the desk this week so he can take some time off to recuperate before the bull market, so I (Grant) have taken over the newsletter. My apologies in advance.

Iā€™m gonna present you with a load of new projects you almost certainly havenā€™t heard of. Not because you arenā€™t researching hard enough, but because they have literally just come out of building in-stealth. We like to be earlier than early at blocmates, and we know that you guys do too, so here we go.

Now, there is a lot of vapourware in this space, and we have to be careful here, particularly with early projects. Please donā€™t come to me asking for refunds if they turn to shit. I have 0 affiliations to these projects, and neither do blocmates as a company. I am simply presenting you with some early shit!

FORM AI - One for the AI enjoyer!

These guys only launched their Twitter two days ago and have since amassed 1,500 followers. Their tagline is ā€œThe democratic AI/LLM merging Crypto + AI. Decentralized distributed AI training & inferenceā€. Now, that is a lot of buzzword BINGO, and anyone can throw those terms around and raise a ridiculous round only to never deliver on the actual product. The interesting part is their backgroundā€¦ This is a Harvard, MIT and Waterloo start-up with the mission of using GPUs to train and operate AI models.

Their token (FORM) will provide access to said models for users to use however they see fit.

We released a full research report on AIOZ this week, which had a really good response. This covered some of the perils of the centralized incumbents that occupy the current AI monopoly. These guys also look to be providing a solution to this problem.

As I said, theyā€™re only two days out of stealth, so it might be an early one to keep tabs on!

AO - The Hyperparallel Computer is Comingā€¦

If you have been around since the last cycle, you will probably have heard of a project called Arweaveā€¦ if not a quick TLDR, ARweave is like Bitcoin but for data - eternal data storage on-chain.

AO is a product spun out of the Arweave ecosystem. From what I can tell, AO is a hyperparallel computer living inside of Arweave, which allows any number of transactions to execute in parallel.

Iā€™m not entirely sure if this is for data retrieval or what, but this has the potential to be a really strong narrative given everything happening in DePIN and AI currently.

Iā€™d keep close tabs on this, and Iā€™d expect a big announcement relatively soon about how and what AO is.

Does AR catch a bid? Who knows.

Without giving you entry-level biology flashbacks, Mitosis is looking at the ever increase L2, app-chain and alt-L1 space and seeking to enable create liquidity distribution.

From what I can gather, they are seeking to create their own network, which allows users to provide liquidity to cross-chain bridges and, in return, receive a liquid token akin to an LST that represents their LP position. This, therefore, unlocks the boatload of capital tied up in bridges like Stargate and Synapse currently.

I need to do more digging on this one to see what the risk is for this. I see that tokens are always 1:1 redeemable for their underlying deposits, and they are also partnering with Hyperlane, which is a good move.

Anyway, if you are a fan of the modular blockchain expansion, this could be one for you.

If you have been paying attention to blocmates content, you will have seen our bullishness on Whale Markets. Frontrun Markets looks to be a Whales Markets competitor, which will soon be launching on Blast.

Frontrun (and Whales) allows you to purchase people's points that they have been farming for specific up-and-coming protocols. It also allows you to trade pre-market tokens, which Aevo popularised.

The number of points programmes, airdrops, and pre-launched products coming to market feels like a great picks-and-shovels play to capitalise on that.

Whales had a $700k revenue-generating month in January, and with all the emerging projects on Blast that are about to hit the market, this could be one to keep an eye on.

The first mover always tends to perform better, but we shall see. It is cool, nonetheless.

Monad Brain has recently come out of stealth and appears to be an LLM training protocol built on top of the highly anticipated Monad.

This is taken from their recent Tweet.

ā€œand release our uncensored LLM to the world.

We envision to do for AI, what Bitcoin did for money.

Decentralize it, optimize it and have the people participate.

- No gatekeepers of knowledge-ā€

Now, I am sceptical about this one. Not only is it AI, Crypto AND Monad, but it also feels like it ticks too many boxes. That said, they have now released their Gitbook, which you can take a look at even if, admittedly, it doesnā€™t have a lot to go off but it is a start.

Sometimes, you have to be wary if something sounds too good to be true. It is worth keeping an eye on in case these guys are legit because it will be a big winner.

A bonus project you might have noticed ) ) )

There is nothing more to go off with this one other than some cryptic tweets and the fact Cobie has it in his bio. My sauces tell me that this project was previously named Dojiā€¦

I just searched back through my phone to find a screenshot of what it looked like at the time, which doesnā€™t really give us a lot of insight.

Happy speculating degensā€¦

Oh, and this is a soft shill that Cobie is a fan of blocmatesā€¦

Anyway, that is it for this week! I hope you enjoyed that change of pace. If not, Hix0n will be back soon, and normal service will resume. Actually, we may even ramp it up a littleā€¦ stay tuned šŸ‘€
