Because staying above that price confidently would certainly make me say GM with much more enthusiasm. Unfortunately, Bitcoin will continue to be Bitcoin and absolutely confuse the f out of everybody.
On the other hand, a quick dump below $60K, accompanied by widespread panic and perhaps a little dash of good old Tether FUD, would make me happy, especially if that 60 keks level is reclaimed shortly after.
If this were to happen, it would mean we are already in the time of capitulation of the bear, which is where opportunities actually abound. If we’re still in the price capitulation period, it simply means most things will keep going down forever. Oh well.
On the geopolitical front, Trump just said he considers the “war with Iran to be concluded”, sending oil prices back down around 30% in a single tweet.
What’s a bit concerning is the picture the SPX is painting here. There’s this thingy called a “silver cross”, and once that one confirms, it’s pretty much certain we’re about to enter a prolonged period of bearforia.
