“OH fuck, you're gonna make me rotate.”

And by rotate, I mean to Solana, especially since last Thursday when we mentioned SOL/ETH being very (very) oversold. The bull run keeps on bulling, but this time, SOL is clearly the lagging “catch-up play”, with ETH leading the charge.

We can expect this dynamic to continue, likely until the end of this cycle, so definitely keep an eye on SOL/ETH whenever it gets oversold on 1D RSI (see Luke`s chart here), as it presents an opportunity to rotate. Right now, SOL is looking very promising, see here.

Overall, I think the main rotations to focus on going forward are ETH/SOL/HYPE, and understandably, the main coins of these ecosystems.

Bitcoin is calmly consolidating right now, without any real red flags (yet). What we do need to monitor is the altcoin side and the possibility of getting overheated. Right now, the Google Trends search for "altcoins” is almost back to all-time highs.

Even NFTs have been catching chunky bids since yesterday. We truly are so back.

So, how do we know everything is “officially” overheated? Simply go to this site and find the “Dominance by open interest chart”. Once the orange “others” line crosses the blue “bitcoin” line, it`s usually just a few weeks away from a flush. I’ll keep tabs on this for you going forward.

So, as you see, the main message now is that everything is still very bullish, but the more things overheat, the higher the chance for a market-wide flush. Let`s take it day by day. Good luck out there.

With ETH and SOL taking the lead now, liquidity can start dripping into low caps again soon. Here`s a great table of the main OG coins and their respective accumulation statistics. 

I think it’s much safer to bet on battle-tested tokens at the end of their accumulation periods, rather than gamble on fifty new launches per day.
