After being away for 4 days, which is basically 4 months in crypto time, where do I even start? Well, let’s take it from the top.

The BTC outlook we pictured going into the first half of September, especially next week’s FOMC, is playing out to the dot. Bearholed participants are in disbelief, and as global liquidity constantly pushes to new all-time highs, I expect they’ll stay that way.

Let’s make a timeline here: I think BTC and altcoins stay bullish (I mean, look at this) going into next week’s FOMC show, with a chance of the bulla action continuing even after the rate-cut event. The only thing that could wreck that outlook is Powell going full hawk—which I doubt. Short-term, we want to see BTC hold above around $113.7k, heading to at least $117k. Also, there’s a huge options expiry later today. Expect volatility.

The window to start being cautious opens after September 22nd and into mid-October. I agree with Nik’s take here, worth a read. Also, historically, the odds are high that risk assets see lower prices within 30 days of a cut. I’m definitely keeping this in mind.

In addition to all this, altcoins are currently pretty overheated, judging by both the altcoin index & dominance by open interest.

That said, yes, there’s a real possibility of seeing some nasty price action going into October, but it’s worth remembering that this should be an opportunity, first and foremost.

Longer term, I think the bull run continues into at least Q2 2026, based on the business cycle (here’s a highly recommended listen on this) and the liquidity cycle.

Lastly, to go a bit more granular, I would continue focusing on SOL from here. Judging by these charts, it might head to $300 sooner, rather than later.

Also, keep an eye out for DOGE. The doggo ETFs are coming soon, and I expect to see a huge run from Doge once it breaks and holds above $0.28. Good luck!

404 run 2.0?

If you guys remember the last ERC404 mania (here’s a breakdown article), this one is for you.

Toast, as the first NFT 404 launchpad on Solana, came out of nowhere yesterday evening and immediately caught a lot of hype. This one is interesting at only around $2M market cap, especially since Metaplex backs it.
