After CZ decided to rug everyone on the chain by announcing a new KYC-gated launchpad, all the memecoins basically decided to commit Sepuku. GG. If you’re one of the victims and your coin is at the lows, it might be worth waiting for a little mechanical bounce at least, before liquidating. Oh well.
As for BTC, it appears to be preparing for a breather. Bitcoin will stay choppy below $123k, with a possibility of downside to around $118k. I think $118k or somewhere around there should hold. What’s for sure is that everyone and their mothers will get scared shitless again and call for a market-wide top.
It’s worth remembering that there were zero real top signals hit yet. For example, this Bitcoin Cycle Risk Score - no signs of euphoria yet. Of course, every cycle is different, so this isn’t something to take for granted.
Overall, I think these pullback days are best used to identify new entry points. For example, XPL is looking pretty crushed at the moment, but I think it will eventually go well past ATHs.
I also wouldn’t fade good old picks such as CRV. This one always catches a spark when ETH wakes up, and I think we’re going to see $5k Ethereum sooner, rather than later.
