Become your own bank.

ether.fi Cash is the real-world spending product we DeFi natives have been waiting for for so long.

It’s time to ditch your bank altogether and embrace the crypto life:

  • Spend it directly with no fees on the sale, and earn 3-5% back on every purchase—debit or credit.

  • Never sell - live like a billionaire: avoid taxes, compound wealth. Don’t worry about on-and-off ramps or taxes by spending against your balance as credit debt.

  • Pay off your debt with yield + cashback: earn 9% on stables, 7% on ETH, 2% on BTC, with HYPE and SOL on the way.

  • Use borrow mode: 70% LTV against your whole portfolio, ā€œonly borrow, never sellā€

  • Keep self-custody, earn big yield, and never pay for instant withdrawals or have your money stuck in a CEX again.

GM.

The most important CPI data of our lifetime (again) came out today, showing a lower-than-expected inflation number of 2.7%. Here are the full numbers for macro enjoyers.

Back to the usual business: BTC dipped right into the area of the CME gap we mentioned yesterday and bounced off nicely on the back of the CPI news. Once again, all possible reasons for being bearish are continuously V-reversed.

Again, all eyes are now on $123k for price discovery, while keeping in mind that a possible retest of recent lows around $110-113k is not off the table (not at all). Nevertheless, even if BTC swiped to $107k, or somewhere in that area on a wick basis and bounced, it’s just another higher low.

We’ll be in September in three weeks. Lower inflation data mean even higher chances for rate cuts than up until now. The positive tailwinds for this market, along with climbing global liquidity, are still very much flowing.

Surely we’re not stopping here, especially for ETH. I mean, look at this chart. Macro, high-timeframe breakouts don’t usually end with a mere 10% pump above previous all-time highs.

That said, I would certainly enjoy the mass amount of shorting bears getting liquidated around $125k, for a nice chunk of $14 billion. Let’s see. Bears aren’t safe.
