Man, I hate how perfectly this meme captures the timeline we’re living in. How the hell did we end up here? This is ultra hard R retarded, I mean, soybeans. We`re dumping because of soybeans.

But alas, we move. As Kobeissi said, we`re now somewhere around step 9 of the Orange Man tariff playbook. This part is the boring part and will likely drag us through some weeks of chop, until we finally arrive and Trump makes the final chess move: announcing a new trade deal just before November 1st. Let’s see.

So, what does it mean for BTC going forward? You guessed it - probably more chop. It’s currently stuck oscillating between $110-116k. I do think there’s a possibility of flushing again, but I’m more focused on it getting back above $116k and starting a fresh uptrend. The main question is timing.

There are indications that make me believe the “higher, for longer” scenario is still in place. One of the main ones is global liquidity, still hitting new all-time highs. Another one is the Fed hinting at ending quantitative tightening, which would further improve the outlook of global liquidity.

Oh, and about everyone being broke after last Friday, and all the questions about “where will the liquidity come from”. Look at this chart. Enough said.

As for current altcoin rotations, I think there’s a nice meta sprouting from the ZEC hype, and Nockchain certainly seems interesting here. I will also take punt with XPL, simply because of how nasty this chart looks. There’s also brewing potential with the good old Bonk eco, more on this in the final section.

At the end of the day, there’s always an opportunity hiding somewhere in these markets, bull or bear. The greater picture will become much clearer during November. Let’s take it day by day. We’ll keep you updated.
