It’s yet another choppy Tuesday, but at least we’ve got some dopamine hits available on the Monad airdrop claim page. I just wish the premarket looked a bit better; it seems… a bit tired at best. I’m personally going with MegaETH, but that’s a topic for another time.
Let’s get into the markets. S&P 500 managed to close above a historical high, and looking all around, I think I see a way out of the woods.
BTC is currently chopping around the $115-117k level, and if it manages to start closing above, I’d say $120k comes next with ease. Of course, taking the other sends us back to $112-110k, but for now, it’s looking good.
Volatility is definitely coming, so keep your hands off leverage, especially with Jerome’s FOMC show tomorrow evening. The odds of a rate cut are almost 100%, so I do not expect any surprises. On top of that, it’s earnings season week, so keep your eyes peeled.
The most important thing here on out will be the Fed. Tomorrow's press conference with Powell will serve as the first look at how the Fed plans to manage the liquidity situation, which, admittedly, isn’t good.
Many people are celebrating the end of QT, but the fact is, a real QE is unlikely to happen anytime soon. Although the Fed is supporting the real economy, it does not appear to prioritize financial markets. I would advise listening to Michael Howell here for a deeper insight into this.
Global liquidity is still looking well and good, but we must acknowledge that we’re somewhere around the end of the cycle. If the Fed doesn’t step in, the liquidity situation might get nasty, and it can happen at any given moment.
I still believe the markets will enjoy a last ride into 2026, or possibly even Q2 of 2026, but we must be aware that this ride might end abruptly. An optimistic outcome would be for the Fed to announce some sort of QE. If that happens, definitely make sure to get more (much more) bullish.

MegaETH: Preparation for MEGA trench warfare.
The MegaETH ICO on Sonar is doing more than well. Around 24 hours in, it’s already over 10 times oversubscribed, with 500 million worth of USDT trying its best to secure an allocation.
Fortunately, we had been preparing for this one since February of this year. Some of our readers have secured a Fluffle NFT, while others are ready with stacks of Bad Bunnz or Megalios.
I have a feeling it’s going to get loud in the trenches once mainnet rolls out, similar to what happened with Plasma. This means we'd better know which launchpads provide the battlegrounds:

Once the mainnet is rolled out, keep an eye out for RAIN, the native token of this project. RAIN will receive 100% worth of the fee buybacks.
