GM, macro drama is back. 

As I write this, Bitcoin’s taking a minor jolt of volatility, courtesy of the latest US inflation and jobless claims data

Spoiler alert: the numbers aren’t great. Core CPI ticked up to 3.3% year-over-year, the first uptick since March 2023. To add to the gloom, jobless claims revealed 30,000 more people filing for unemployment than anticipated.

For now, Bitcoin’s holding firm, and unless we close below around $59,000, nothing shifts. Remember, this time around, these macro data points don’t carry the same weight they did in 2022.

Bullish until proven otherwise. As long as global liquidity keeps rising (and it does so rapidly), all is good in the hood.

Besides memecoins, there`s quite an interesting development for AAVE. Trump`s new DeFi project World Liberty Financial, which raised $300 million at $1.5 billion valuation, will allocate 7% of all tokens to Aave treasury. Doing this, the Aave treasury will double overnight from the current $62 million of non-native tokens to $132 million. Not bad.

SC/SOL Raydium 3D Log Chart

Shark Cat launched into the majors correction and arguably hasn’t had a chance to really run. The 6 month downtrend broke recently, and we’ve had a throwback to support after that. The Awesome Oscillator is flipping bull with RSI just above 50 - one of my favourite setups.

Give this a little time to play out as we’re trading the 3D chart here, but I think that first purple box (3x from here / $100m market cap) has high odds of being hit. The second one (6x) is above the point of control so we’ll need to claim that first to have a go at it.

Is there any opportunity in NFTs?

NFTs are seeing a nice wave of action right now, mainly fueled by the Murad season and a massive rotation into meme token-adjacent projects like Project AEON and Sprotos.

These two are hundreds of percent up since the past 7 days, but it also means we can see potentially attractive discounts in other areas at the momen as money fomoes out of those.

The strongest rotation that has happened lately was out of Berachain NFTs and into meme NFTs. Considering Berachain launch is nearing, it might be worth checking out these to get a headstart for the ecosystem launch (airdrop):

• Bera Boyz 

• Yeetard NFT

Moreover, if it`s a cult season, it means the very original cult of Remilia should start catching a bid also, possibly strengthened by the actual upcoming CULT coin release. The strongest and also undervalued players here are:

• Schizoposters

• Radbro

• Pixelady

If there are old strong cult coins that rapidly repriced higher as the bull market progresses, why wouldn`t a similar thing happen here? Also, when it comes to Berachain, that whole ecosystem might be one of the strongest L1 cults I`ve seen to date.
