GM, we’re entering the next level. 

Specifically, two levels: the left curve of on-chain retardio season and the right curve of the most bullish fundamental setup crypto has ever seen. If you’re versed in the Solana trenches, you know what I mean by “Retardio season,” and you most likely also own a few Cousins, which are resurrecting the NFT space as we speak.

Fundamentally, as the real-life retardio Biden exits the presidential race, rumors swirl about Trump picking Larry Fink of BlackRock as his Treasury Secretary. True or not, we’re about to get a crash course on Trump’s crypto plans at this week’s Bitcoin Conference in Nashville on July 27th. Moreover, the already stellar speaker setup is now rumored to be joined by Elon Musk, who just showed up with a blue laser eyes pfp on X. Will Trump really roll in to shill Bitcoin and announce it as a planned strategic reserve asset for the USA? 

Hopefully, this week won’t end up being a typical buy-the-rumor-the-news week, but we can’t say we’re not having fun. Oh, and don’t forget, Ethereum ETFs are going live tomorrow. You can watch the inflows here on this dashboard.

Left curve chart today, which makes sense because Autism is a week-old meme, so TA is going to be limited in the guidance it can offer. However, we may have a new culture coin on our hands here. I started a little DCA and some limit orders on Friday that bagged me a 3x when I sold the local top yesterday afternoon UK time. 

Now, I’m looking to scoop the first pullback. That blue line is the VWAP anchored to a year—obviously not an appropriate timeframe—but for some reason, the yearly VWAP just keeps working as support/resistance on a huge number of new charts, so I’m basing my buy zone around that and the corresponding VPVR volume node.

Curve Finance - August is Coming

Will everything change for Curve during August? These factors, along with the possibility of ETH benefiting from the ETF listings, definitely paint a bullish scenario:

• CRV unlocks finish 13th August 2024 

• Curve Finance emission rate gets cut by 15% in August 

• The locking rate increased by 100x in the past few weeks

• Lock rate is currently 6x the emission rate

• Fee distributions are now paid in crvUSD

• Protocol makes around $700,000 weekly, paid to lockers
